About Rebecca
From the fashion houses of Italy to the boardrooms of Asia and back, a commercial leader whose global perspective and creative roots make her genuinely different.
My Story
Rebecca Bulmer is a senior commercial and sales leader with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses achieve sustainable growth across the UK, EMEA, APAC and international markets.
Her career has been anything but conventional. Rebecca began her professional life as a Textile and Fashion Designer, working in Italy for global fashion house Missoni, an experience that instilled a deep sense of creativity, attention to detail and an eye for what truly resonates with people. It's a foundation that still shapes how she approaches commercial problems today.
Drawn by a spirit of adventure, Rebecca spent 8.5 years living and working across Asia, based in Singapore and Shanghai, China, and travelling extensively across the broader APAC region. Immersed in some of the world's most dynamic and fast-moving commercial markets, Working across sectors including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology and professional services, she developed a rare ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments and build lasting commercial relationships across very different cultures. It's an experience and perspective that sets her apart from the vast majority of UK commercial directors.
Returning to the UK, she has held senior leadership positions spanning digital marketing, procurement, manufacturing, design & build and professional services, combining strategic thinking with the hands-on execution that actually moves the needle for growing businesses.
